This is a detailing set for a Hornby HST. These will not fit the early 'shorty' style HST, it is designed for the later variant. Coach kits consist of enough parts for ONE MK3 coach, and power car kits consist of enough parts for a PAIR of power cars. Included are;

MK3 set:

-2 pairs of jumper sockets, each consisting of one socket with a magnet, and one socket with an elastic magnetic hose.

-a pair of steps

-a pair of replacement bogies with magnetic close coupling socket

-a pair of 3x3x3mm couplings magnets

-8x brake discs

Power car set;

-a pair of 3x3x3mm coupling magnets

-a pair of coupling sockets to fit the hornby bogie

-2 pairs of jumper sockets, each consisting of one socket with a magnet, and one socket with an elastic magnetic hose.

Hose and steps (no bogies);

2 pairs of sockets with hoses and magnets, as well as a set of steps. Enough for 1 coach, pre built and painted.

All hoses come pre glued to magnets so all you have to do is glue them to your model!! And all parts come PRE PAINTED!

It is important to follow the pictures on this listing for fitment. 'hose sockets' should be placed to to left hand side as you look at the vehicle, and the magnet sockets on the right. This way they will always match up when you couple your train.

To fit the new bogies, press the brake shoes onto the Hornby wheel sets with a small spot of glue, then fit the wheels into the bogies with a small amount of oil for free running.
